Smooth It Out…

My awesome trainer got me hooked on a new pastime…making SMOOTHIES! There’s nothing like taking your fav. fruits and veggies and mixing them together for a cool, satisfying and healthy treat. My latest speciality is the “Purple Fusion” with a lil’ soy milk, peach flavored greek yogurt, scoop of whey protein, frozen blue berries, strawberries & peaches,  some chopped up  pieces of canelope and pineapple, handful of raw spinach, 6 ice cubes, blended to perfection. Not only is it sweet, but filling too! Try it out one day and notice a few inches shed from your waist while you’re at it!
